If Temari can perform a superior attack than Wind release: Cast Net without the help of two no named fodders, she can do it without their help. She only had to use it as a combination attack because of the Raikage's immense speed and durability. Of course, neither Shikamaru or Sakura have anything of this sort going for them so Temari beats these two rather easily.
