Tobi is WAY Too OP.

Secondly,

He can send his body parts to another dimension, the only flaw is the time interval between using his MS.
He can just "teleport" anywhere he wants and backstab anyone. I mean who would even notice if he directly teleports behind someone. No wonder he took out the whole Uchiha clan with just the help of Itachi.
With this kind of power, they could've just taken out the opposition instead of destroying the Uchiha, because at that time Itachi and Tobi together would be strong enough to overpower anyone.

Tobi hasn't made use of mokuton yet, which makes him even more stronger then he seems. Kishi hasn't shown us the full extent of his powers, because if he does then no one would stand a chance. I wonder how anyone can fight him after he gets the other eye that kakashi has.

He fought with minato after just 2-3 yrs of training (with madara) keep trolling kakashi pretty much in whole naruto except in war arc where as soon as he was revealed as obito naruto and kakashi n guy starts overpowering(kishi's way only to show good always beats evil).
If he lost to kakashi/naruto then it will only because kishi has to show hero wins..

It is unknown. But it is a manga fact that Madara fodderized mu back in the day. There's no logical explanation besides that he could see his chakra.
