I doubt Oro or Jiraiya are Senjus like Tsunade, it would be weird to have a whole team of them, plus I can't see them getting to such powerful levels as they did without some of their abilities resembling the Senju's. Plus around the time they were young I think the Senju's were a bit more powerful (Hashi was still alive when Tsunade was really young) so I think they would have been aware of it if they were from the clan.
Of course they're not Uchihas.
Of those three Uzamakis is the most plausible, but I still highly doubt it. I could vaguely see it for Jiraiya but I don't think it matters. I really don't think either of them are from a clan, which I actually think is better seeing as it gives testament to how strong you can become even without clan benefits.
