Seriously, most of the "bad" guys in Naruto have some tragic past that led them to become "evil", even Orochimaru. That, or they were being used by the bad guy.

The same thing happened to Tobi/Obito, and now its going to happen to Madara again.....

I guess I overlooked those guys but then I'd rather have Madara be that person.

Oro isn't evil really he's a villain they don't nesscarliy have to b evil to become one
Oro is a scholar who will do anything to attain the knowledge he desires

Also we do kno his past Jariya said that oro became the way he was after his parents ,Dan ( I'm assuming he was close with for it to effect him) and tsuande little brother died
That's when he started becoming the way he was he felt that the human life is too fragile so he sought out immortality and here he is

In reality motives for being evil are usually selfishness and greed, not altruism or twisted utopian ideas of making the world a better place. To tell you the truth I'd like to see more of the realistic type villains in Naruto, than typical manga emo good guys gone bad 'cause momma didn't love them.

Bleach's villains are manifestations of evil; I don't think you're supposed to like them that much in terms of personality, motives, etc.

Well, in my opinion, Zabura was pretty much pure evil. He was killing his enemies for fun, and not in order to survive.

Thats why i like Deidara. From everything we've heard from Kurosutchi & Onoki- Deidara didn't have a very difficult childhood at all, he just liked the look of an explosion and became obsessed. THATS being born evil.

We also have Kakazu & Hidan. Money and religion are pretty good sources of pure evil.
