Kabuto takes this, his moveset counters Sasuke's exceptionally well. Amaterasu is countered by Body Shedding, Tsukuyomi is countered by Sensory Skills, Susanoo is countered by White Rage, and the rest of Sasuke's offensive techniques are simply countered by pure speed and reflexes.

Since it is inside the cave, I give it to Kabuto because of white rage as it manipulates sound and light. Outside this would be impossible to accomplish. Sasuke did pin his tail with arrow. It means his speed isn't entirely above Susanoo arrows. Regardless, because of the location, I give this to DSM Kabuto.

He pinned his tail with the help of Itachi. With top OP Sharingan users, they only managed to hit him at the tip of his tail. The tail also wasn't even relevant to his body, it was just dead weight.

Sasuke cannot beat Kabuto.

^ Did you both to consider the white-rage argument? This simple 'cannot beat him' logic wouldn't do for anyone.

If my one liner doesn't make sense, then I guess you need to retake 6th Grade English. Oh wait, you're probably not even in 6th grade.

Nice 3rd Grade come back. Got more high-end jokes to throw my way?

Itachi: He is blocking our eyesight and hearing with light and sound. He is causing the air to vibrate ....

In cramped or closed spaces, it is easier to disturb or cause turbulence in air. In open spaces, this technique would never work, as it would take an immense force - such as wind above 100 knots - to completely disturb the molecules over a large area, and blocking out the light in the open is not even possible, unless the light is limited due to over-cast. Even then I would call it nonsense.

Forget English. You have bigger problems.

Smart one, in this fight, it does not even matter if the effects are less. The main point of Kabuto using Hakugeki against an Uchiha is to blind them. At point blank range, Sasuke can't evade, no matter what science you pull out your ass.

With intent to kill Sasuke wins. Sasuke was taking it easy against Kabuto because he was letting Itachi do what he wanted.
