Why is obito not able to deactive rinnegan and sharingan

I think he's just able to keep his sharingan on all the time
But he can't deactivate his rinnegan because it was implanted as a rinnegan maybe if it was an ems and he evolved it to rinnegan he can switch but he didnt

Uh, about that I guess he just doesn't feel like deactivating it, it's not like Uchiha have chakra problems having base sharingan activated, his senju body might help him further on that aspect too.

No, because it's in another body. So Obito can't do anything with Kakashi's Sharingan. He can't 'wirelessly' communicate with Kakashi's eye, if you will.

i believe both original eyes have to be in the body of the owner in order to deactivate. hince MADARA, sasuke, and itachi. obito and kakashi can't because 2 people are using the same sharingan. meaning it can't deactivate. hince some of the users covering up eyes that have been transplanted.

the rinnegan seems like a different story for madara but obito it was transplanted and wasn't his so he can't deactivate.

I don't know about the Rinnegan, but the as far as his Sharingan goes, he's probably like Itachi, his skill with Sharingan is so high that using it doesn't have any effect on his chakra levels, so he just leaves it active constantly.

I'm pretty sure he can turn off the Sharingan if he wishes to. The War Arc is the only time we've seen him without the mask, and he probably simply hasn't done it, since it wouldn't exactly be a smart move. The same could apply to the Rinnegan, but he may not be able to deactivate that, since it never belonged to him in the first place.

Senju dna for Danzo made him able to do MS abilities a lot more often, then same for Obito i guess! Why turn off? its awesome... and he always wanna be able to Kamui!
