Tobirama getting overlooked?

I feel like Tobirama is overlooked lol. I think he might be top 5 Kage all time tbh. Outside of pure fighting ability, he made so many more innovations than Hashi for the village...Anyway I'd put him at like 2 or 3, list looks something like
1: Hashirama
2: Minato
3: Tobirama
4: 3rd Raikage
5: Mu
2-5 are pretty tentative though, haha top 3 are all Hokages...and where does the Hiruzen love come from? Like what did he accomplish to prove that he was better than or equal to Minato/Tobirama? I actually want to know he is one person who I don't know much about.....Wasn't the third Kazekage really strong too? Any other kage that could be top 5 all time?

Hiruzen fought off Oro and weak Edo forms of Hashi and Tobirama as an old man. He knew every jutsu native to Konoha (the Professor) and he completely mastered Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu.

We never saw him at his prime but you have to imagine that those abilities w/ his intelligence w/ full stamina and speed would be a ridiculously strong combo.

The same man who is the main driving force for the war going on right now.

Tobirama the weakest Kage will be how I always remember him.

I'd honestly take him on 2. He had the greatest water style, Edo tensei, space and time ninjutsu, Senju chakra reserves, and extreme physical strength. In addition he established a police force (intended to help the Uchiha with their emotional problems *not that was a positive connotation, and not a negative one towards the Uchiha....I wasn't saying they are Emo or anything*), established the Anbu, established the education system, and the Chunin exams to promote peace.

Hiruzen has some good credits as well. Aside from being responsible for Jiraiya and Tsunade (a Hokage), he indirectly taught Minato (legacy from Jiraiya). But what is notable for Hiruzen was that he was a man of the people. He took time to be around his villagers, and as such helped spread the ideals of the Will of Fire better than probably any other Hokage.

Oh ok thanks. I didn't know that stuff about the jutsu, but that probably jets him up to the top 5 hahaha. Still though with no actual evidence I'm still a little skeptical

Yeah I guess. But apparently we haven't seen any of the 3rd in his prime either...I just hope they all break out of edo tensei and we can see them kick some ass

Yea, it's cool. Also if you check the old databooks, I think he was the only person who was rated 5 for Nin/Gen/Tai. And that is canonical. The only areas he lost points in were physical ones because of his age. Tobi was definitely more innovative and had Senju chakra but the 3rd would have had a counter to anything as long as it wasn't some ridiculous OP ability.

Tobirama is the 2nd strongest Kage, and probably the 2nd most important to Konoha. He built the infastructure during his reign. He could beat Minato. Minato special skill is S/T. S/T is not special when fighting another S/T Jutsu user. Plus the best water style user in konoha, and senju reserves = pretty much unbeatable.

Overlooked? Well has he done anything important in recent chapters? No. Nothing but talking really, Hashi owns Tobirama in attention right now.

i dont think tobirama is all that powerful, people are just jumping on his bandwagon without a second thought
