So I see ppl in NB doing the shinebar effect the wrong way, :\
So I made this TuT for you guys.^^

Alright, here's my tutorial:

1) Open up the image you wanna shine, be it a avatar, sig, whatever.
2) Create a slanted rectangle using the rectangle tool, it is commonly used in the top left, but create a shape that is long and thin, and have it so that a little section is visible in the corner.
3) Fill it with a medium opacity white color, and rasterize the shape.
4) Add a Gaussian blur of about 7.0 pixels.
5) Create a new video timeline in the bottom bar.
6) Duplicate the selected frame at the bottom.
7) Move the shine bar to the opposite side of the image.
8) In the timeline, make sure both frames are set to no delay.
9) Select the second frame, and right click on the object's layer, and click "Create Clipping mask"
10) Now select both frames, and create a tween, make sure to select 20 frames to add, all layers, and check all the boxes
11) You will now see your shine animation!

yep..
its easier if you use the "tweens animation frame" thing on the timeline..instead of duplicating it
just saying O_O
