The problem here is that tsukuyomi is out of equation for Itachi.So he has to rely on physical attacks which are useless against obito.Again if Itachi figures out the time limit of kamui then obito is done for.But obito is no slouch either.The only thing he has to be careful about is Itachis susanoo and its legendary weapons.Obito is more likely to win this even without rinnegan.

You cannot ignore obito's intellect and his knowledge of itachis abilities.On the contrary Itachi knows nothing about Obitos abilities.It'll be one hell of a fight tho

I like how you discredit tsukiyomi right from the start, without explaination. Itachis sharingan skills are way better than obitos, i mean itachi is the master of deception and i think thats the key to beating obito. but since thats not a tangible power that you can say is op i dont expect it to be recognized. lol
