with both sharingan (including kakashi's in my opinion...
he would fight smarter......we'll he is stronger way because of the rinnegan abilities

already answered this as well but here it goes again...........
initially kishi gave to kakashi because kakashi didnt want anyone staring at him
when he was small everyone used to stare at his face and he didnt like that,
also his mom wore mask, he awakend it by killing Rin while Obito was watching,
they both were involved in the same situation for opening it, since the eyes are connected and they both witnessed the same death of Rin, they fed off each other and went from second tomoe to 3rd and Mangekyo. it was a double effect

initially kishi wanted to make a story for every team...and future for konohomaru...he will have the monkey in the end..
he cant be stronger than naruto unless naruto trains him somemore..he is just confident , he gets it from the 3rd and naruto
