However we already know that sasuke doesnt have the weapons(not fact so its false), and madara doesnt have any of these requirements. This fact alone proves that the databook was directly referring to Itachi. This is also backed up by the fact that Itachi's susanoo was the only one shown in the 3rd databook so there would be no point in specifying that the susanoo was his...

that may be true that it was refering to Itachi as the the user but it refers to the Susanoo as a jutsu so your point isnt' invalid but its true either

The reason the databook never specified Itachi as the one who holds all of those abilities is because he was the only person at the time to even have susanoo. It would be pointless to specify that the jutsus are his alone....The proof is in the name of the caster, which is just Itachi, If it was Itachi/sasuke that would be different but It isnt...Its itachi's and itachi's alone (according to the databook)
