Hard to tell at the moment, but seeing as he could stop SSJ3 Goku with one finger I'd say he's pretty damn powerful.

Well, from what I've been hearing apparently Bills is so powerful that he has to keep his power sealed in another dimension. Whether that is true or not I don't know for sure just yet, but for someone who is in charge of keeping the entire universe from expanding it doesn't seem like a far-fetched idea.

Bils is also invulnerable (impossible to harm or damage) so I don't no how the Z-Fighters are going to defeat this god.
