yep it confirms that sasuke and itachi need amatersu for susanoo, not madara. everyone has a different MS technique correct? Obito=kamui, Shishui=KA, and sasuke/itachi=amatersu(siblings). If obito and shishui had amatersu too, then what will sasuke and itachi's MS ability be?

Proof he doesn't have it: He never used it. So unkonw.
Proof he does have it: It is literally required that to have Susanoo one must know Ameratsuru and Tskunoymi.

So by necessity, because he has Susanoo, Madara must have the ultimate fire jutsu.

Wasn't it confirmed in the manga that in order to have susanoo you need Amaterasu and tsukuyomi? I think it was and we all know Madara has tsukuyomi. It also would explain why Obito or shisui didn't have susanoo.
