So you think UN will support anything that can cause trouble with India? Extortion is illegal and your country should stop it with your police, I doubt Sri Lanka would "ask" for help from UN for such a matter.
UN won't interfere if you say that it's Tamils from India that are causing you all this trouble anyways.

Both ways your country has to end up taking care of itself *no offence just being practical

EDIT: UN interferes when the government can't handle the citizens itself. But I think the Sri Lankan Govt. is working fine sooo..
