Current Kakashi + max 7gates Gai vs Minato

Current Kakashi has all of his current feats minus Kyuubi chakra and feats which were made possible by it.

Gai can go up to 7 gates.

Minato has 50 kunais which are scattered over the field ( Location is Forest of Death ). 30 of them are dug underground and cannot be destroyed/found. The other 20 can be found, though.

They start 50 meters from each other.

Since Minato has prep he takes this with ease, probably low diff.. He can FTG blitz one of them and take them off right off the bat. The other one also gets FTG blitz'd and killed by Rasengan as well. Guy in gates may have speed, but when he could be standing on a Kunai that will allow Minato to teleport towards him, he'll lose.

If the Kunai are underground then guy can blow them away with Hirudora. They can't be too far underground or else Minato won't appear above the ground. Guy jumps, uses Hirudora on the Kunai and blows them away, negating minatos chances of blitzing them off the bat.

From there the fight could go any way since guy will exhaust himself too quick to be of any significant use against Minato.

Gai wouldn't waste Hirudora on kunais, nor does he know where the kunais are unless Minato blitzes to each.

He can teleport close to them. A few meters, I'd say.

Where did you get that idea from?

In all the scans you showed me he ,at one stage, held the kunai

But that's a lie, man. Obito's Kamui costs almost no chakra and doesn't make him go blind. Kakashi used Kamui three times in a row and got into the hospital/died.
