Firstly and Secondly- Obito and Madara
Madara has been known as the troll king, quite invincible and fearing no one.
But at the same time Obito amusing him with his actions and instead of helping him Madara smirking around, being unreliable and enjoying this war as a child's play for the sake of this plot. (Perhaps due to his experience but it's not an excuse that he was laughing at Obito.) So Kishi trolled at the same time our troll king.
And Sakura
Nobody knows what mission this girl has right now. Even if you multiple times try to figure it out you can't see anything positive in her actions. For some reason Naruto wasted his chakra on this silly girl that shouldn't stand there if she can't apply the rules Tsunade has been saying all this time. And we already know that she can't save people's life so...
So Kishi indirectly keep on trolling her.
