I was browsing through some threads,and I later read through the Manga,from the part where naruto in 4tails Mode trashed Oro!
So I found something out and Linked it with some previous theories on the base,bear with me,its a Massive wall of text!!!
We know that Uzumaki's had always been the host of kurama,right?
Naruto is the third Uzumaki in his generation who was made a host,right?
What I was reading through was an interesting part;
Naruto after fighting Oro,went on a rampage,and the chakra shroud slightly grazed sakura when he smacked her with the tail, right?
Sakura was poisoned to an extent that she couldn't even heal it.yamato later commented the same thing,that He's even surprised Naruto can handle kurama's chakra,because it totally poisoned someone else on contact! Here's a link
And,have you ever wondered why Madara Never sealed kurama into himself?
I know responses would be,why seal a bijuu into your body when someone like madara has vast amount of techs in his arsenal,
Wrong!!!!
Then why is he trying to become juubi's host,because its basically a bijuu!
Because Kurama's chakra isn't compatible with his,it was only when he had hashi's Dna that he was opting to be juubi's host,he could only use kurama as a summon,and basically control him with the Mangeykou!
A control similar to a perfect host,but in this case chakra is linked!
To prove my logic further,I'd introduce where Kurama said that only naruto could handle his chakra because he has kushina's blood,and kushina is an Uzumaki!

Naruto had to convert Kurama's chakra while he was receiving it,to one that will be compatiple with other shinobi's,Because they can't handle the chakra that naruto doesn't convert!
There are two persons this same thing happened to,remeber what the raikage said?
KinGin bro actually lived in kuramas gut for days,and survived mainly on kurama's meat.....
A normal shinobi would have probably died due to poisoning,like what happened to sakura from only the contact of her skin and 4tails Naruto
Yes raikage even stated Someone else tried Inhibiting the same act the KinGin bro's demonstrated,but he just Died
Even raikage states that he'd bet they Are related to Rikoudu!
You guys might say its speculation at best,but do you know the same manga said the Uchiha's sharingan comes from Byakugan? the manga said it through kakashi!

The point am tryin to make is that Uzumaki's are the only candidates of being a kurama host,KinGin bro's are probably Uzumaki's because No other person can handle kurama's chakra except Uzumaki's.and KinGin bro's being an Uzumaki,and being directly related to the sage means the Uzumaki's are probably the sage's original clan!
PS:the Rinnegan is not a Kekkei genkai,its only Unique to the sage!
