at the time hashirama and madaras fight was mentioned naruto was 14 and it was 84 years ago, and anyway 12 or 14 it doesnt change the math.

Puls, that was not in the begining, it was mentioned once and it was when Tobito was telling Sasuke the truth about Itachi.

No, actually it was mentioned much earlier than that, i remember it quite well, tobi was only repeating that part, anyway like i said at the time it was mentioned Naruto was 14

and i did not say the "Very" start of the manga, by beginning i meant before Shippuden obviously.

Id say right around 100-110 years before the start of part 1 since they don't exactly state how old Hashirama and Madara are in the flashback or when they fought at the valley.

- On the end of part one is 13.

- In the time-skip he is 14.

- At the beginning of Shippuden he is 15.

- And now he is 16.
