Are the other village aware of the fourth Great Ninja War?

We all know that the five great nation plus the samurai country is involved in the allied shinobi forces to prevent Obito and Madara.
Now what are the other smaller village/country doing right now? Are they even aware of the situation?
Maybe they are waiting for the current Five great nation to fall or lose some of their army strength, so that their country could rise.
Will we ever see other countries replacing the current five great nations?

Yes and No, yes because how could they miss a continental war, no because kishi hasnt created the "other" villages yet so its just a matter of selfsatisfaction regardless of what answer you give yourself.

There are a lot of smaller villages in naruto universe such as amegakure (land of rain), otagakure (Sound village), and others that I can't remember. So "other" villages exist.

No worries.
I would like to see an arc where a smaller shinobi village rises and become the 6th great nation and poses a threat to the five great nations. xd I dont want the series to end anytime soon, I think Kishi could still expand the manga after Obito, Madara, Sasuke, and Orochimaru get defeated.
