Now, don't get me wrong. I've always respected them for being Konoha's Hokages- especially Hashirama because of his Will of Fire ideology. He's always seemed to have that kind of mindset ever since he was young (proven by Chapter 622).

But dude, knowing that your own brother was killed in war by your rival clan and yet not wanting revenge and still being able to hold on to such a peaceful idea... I don't know, I'd probably find it hard to forgive if I was in their situation.

I'm talking about the flashback. Hashi just met madara as kids. He clearly doesn't know who madara really is.

So the purpose of the village is to gather up all the clans. Unknowingly Obito created what Harashima dreamt of doing. I think Harashima will be vet happy to see the world fighting together for a cause. The irony is they're fighting the Uchiha.
