I think that Kishi has been foreshadowing NaruSaku from the beggining Especially in Road to Ninja, and this would even further prove my point if it happened, however Kishi can be a troll, so nothing is cannon untill its in manga xD

Kakashi didn't care for Rin, attempted killing her, and succeeded.

Sasuke doesn't care for Sakura, attempted killing her, and failed(I know, it hurt when typing this down).

Madara probably doesn't care for Mito either. A murder attempt, and you have your parallel.

thought abt that too , but the flaw in this theory is that the three man cells were made by hashirama-madara alliance after the foundation of konoha so it might be strange for them to form a three-man cell
on the part of the love triangle, i kinda think this might be plausible ! and hashirama got mito's heart when madara was away , but i don't think they will be forming a three-man cell cause they are the ones who invented it in konoha as an educational system in the academy etcc O

That's already canon, the three of them were the losers of their respective rivalries and wanted to become stronger.

That would be an awesome picture or signature you have Madara, Obito, Jaraiya, and Naruto on one side and underneath them it reads ''The Losers"
then on the other side you have Hashirama, Kakashi, Oro, and Sasuke and above them it reads "The Winners" with this quote
