According to the character roster, they aren't on there. Neither are the 7 Swordsman or Kin and Gin.

Edo Kages - Yes
Edo Hokages - No

Why? - Because the chapter was released less than 2 weeks ago where as the game has been in development far longer then that and they already had a finished roster. Hopefully it'll be in the next game
