Everybody knows Hidan was immortal with the exception of malnutrition.
Kotetsu and Izumo could pierce him easily, but I think Hidan must have some resistance to physical attacks particularly to elemental techniques.
Look at this picture, Hidan got in a shot of this technique.
Look, this technique was able to break all the trees in area, but Hidan escaped without any injury
Kakashi could escape without injury too, but Kakashi has more than 1000 techniques, he could use something to defense himself, but Hidan hasn't any defense techniques..
When fought Nagato against Hanzo, he used explosive tags to his legs and look, after that attack, his legs was totally burned.
But now look how many explosive tags had Hidan on himself.
And after explosion, Hidan was torned, but unlike Nagato, his skin wasn't burned..
So is it possible that Hidan had some resistance to physical attacks?
