I don't feel comfortable with attacking the Fourth Hokage... So I'll just imagine you as a baddie for now O_O That cool? Yeah it's cool

Yamato looks this baddie up and down with steady eyes, observing even the slightest of movements. Although it's time for him to make the first move. Yamato claps his hands together forming the snake handseal and all of a sudden two wooden pillars burst up from the ground on either side of you, very close to you. These pillars wrap around your wrists and go further up your arms, restraining your movement.

It's big enough to completely cover his body and trap him inside. Now he slowly awaits a watery death. He drowns -_-

He then forms another snake handseal and then goes to punch the face of the cube in front of him while slightly touching the rock on my arm drastically increasing its weight so that the impact is greatly increased, shattering the face of the cube and jumping out of it.

Minato watches as the soaked opponent releases himself from the cube, as he is doing so Minato's lightning armor surrounds his body, boosting his speed drastically, to the point where the opponent will be unable to follow his movements.
He blitz rushes the opponent, reaching him just as his feet hit the floor, his opponent still covered in water.

Appearing behind him at untrackable speeds Minato slams his hand in to the middle of the mans back, causing all the water covering him to flash freeze becoming frost that seeps in to his pores and causes instant numbness and slow swelling of his extremities, kicking the opponent across the floor on his face after completing this Minato stands ready to continue if he must.

Eventually, if they aren't heated properly the opponent shall be afflicted by frostbite, rendering their hands, feet and maybe even arms and legs useless.

Restrictions:

This technique may only be used once per battle.
Using "Fire Chakra" to heat one's body will not be enough to get rid of the Frost, the opponent must find a heat source.
This works in conjunction with the Hidden Mist Technique, as the water vapours slightly soak the opponent, however the damage to the user is imminent also.
The user himself may suffer of frostbite if he is soaked when performing this technique.
If the opponent does not find a heat source in three rounds after the Frostbite technique has been performed on him, he will suffer from literal frostbite, which will render his finger and/or feet useless

Yamato seeing the new armor of lightning engulf his body and then feeling a sharp wind blow past him and at the same time seeing the baddie disappear. It can only mean that he's increased his speed drastically, probably because of that armor aaaaaand that he's now behind him. Yamato immediately and as fast as possible raises his right arm up and points it away from his body, shooting compressed wind, in turn shooting him away to the left. But not quite considering his speed Yamato will have been hit on the side, so the frost technique has taken effect.

Yamato gets sent not straight to the left but diagonally across the mountain top and reaches the edge before he stops his momentum. Realising that he definitely hasn't got long because he's freezing already means he needs to do something quickly. Although that new armor, the intense speed, everything comes at a price. So prolonging his wearing it could be a good thing. Taking seconds to realise this Yamato then releases his earth chakra and taking earth from the immediate vicinity he makes a full earthen dome to fit him and only him in. So it's made very quickly.

(Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique

Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

Right as the light from the sun has been blocked out Yamato sinks right into the ground below the battlefield and waits for a perfect opening to strike. The element of surprise is a bitch ain't it?
