Well, show me some proofs that Tsunade is faster.. She has speed 3.5 as Hidan has..
Whatever you show me about her speed, Hidan can do the same..
Even, Hidan is the weakest of Akatsuki, he is still Aka-member. Someone like Tsunade can't defeat him on one shot.

First of all, Hidan has no knowledge about her abilities either. And if he gets blood ( which is possible ) he needs to make his ritual circle. And as we know Tsunade, she won't let him make the circle. Why? Not because she has knowledge about it. The reason is different: she attacks the enemy CONTINUOUSLY. Remember when she fought Kabuto? She didn't gave him time to prepare attacks. When Tsunade fights, she is unstoppable, especially when her opponent uses taijutsu too. I can't imagine Tsunade standing there and waiting until Hidan prepares his ritual.

Actually Tsunade is not slow she is faster than hidan and still can destroy the whole ground with one punch

If she has no knowledge of his durabilityand abilities then she is bound to be caught off gaurdyes tsunadis a senju and has a lot of charkra but as to how long his ritual last for is unknown so lasting the battle is out of the question. As they have the same speed in the databook I can roughly judge the equality in reflexes however.
