There must be a second villain!

When we saw the explaination why Obito was Tobi and How Madara got the rinnegan and captured Gedo Mazo.
But Kishi forgot that after the battle with Hashirama,Madara has already been injured badly or he could even die at that time.There was no way for him to mobilize,i believe there must be someone to help him up beside during that time no one even knows about Gedo so why Madara knew after the Battle with Hashirama?How can he extract it from the moon?
No one can't reach the moon with the technology and jutsu at that time!

My number 1 Candidate:

He was son of the Sage so he knew the secret about the body of Ten Tails,he weilded the Rinnegan or prototype Mangekyo Sharingan.Madara said he awakened Rinnegan near his death that meant after Gedo capture.Obito was rescued by Zetsu clone so it proved that Madara was lack at mobility and strength.No scrolls told about the location of Gedo Mazo and even Orochimaru was the best scholar in Naruto couldn't find that.

The story could continue if the next Villain is Uchiha ancestor

would be the perfect chance to make the Byakugan shine and show what the Hyuugas are worth.
