How did Sasuke get Lees speed so fast in the chuninn exam?

How did Sasuke get Lees speed so fast in the chuninn exam? I mean guy said he was on par with lee after lee took off his weights, and lee said it took him years to get that speed, but sasuke got it in only a month. explain, and no sharingain cant copy phsyical abilitys such as strength or speed so dont even bother.

Lee wasn't a prodigy like Sasuke was in part 1. Lee had to work for that speed, Sasuke did too, just not nearly as hard enough because of his natural talents.

True true, but how much? by looking at someone running in your eyeball (literally) how much would that help you gain that speed, :| still doesn't make sense does it? I think he relied on his power (2% sharingan) and the rest is his body and natural speed feats.
