[Theory] Naruto's Life Force Chakra

When Naruto is using his nine tails chakra mode, He and Kurama's chakra are being linked and when it does, A chakra with immense life force is being created allowing trees to grow rapidly.

The Yin and Yang

It has been said that the Uzumaki clan is related to the Senju. The Yang chakra is a physical energy that governs vitality and can be used to BREATHE LIFE while the Yin chakra is based on the spiritual energy that governs the IMAGINATION thus the Senju's chakra type specialization is YANG (Life force) and the Uchiha's chakra specialization is YIN (Spiritual Energy).

With that being said, then add it to the fact that Minato sealed Kurama's Yang chakra to Naruto. This is why Naruto's yang chakra became special compare to the others. I believe the combined chakra of Kurama and Naruto is making the trees grow because it contained a massive amount of yang element.

It had nothing to do with Naruto's Yang Chakra, just the kyuubi's raw Yang chakra in the physical form of a chakra shroud, induced life on the Mokuton cells hosted by Zetsu.
