Why is everyone assuming the Sage of Six Paths is strong?

Just because he created the ninja world doesn't mean hes strong.
Just because he made the five elements and jutsus doesn't mean he perfected those jutsus or elements.
It states he defeated the ten tails that doesn't nessacarily mean anything. We don't know what happened just that he defeated him for all we know he made an incredible sealing jutsu to seal him
The sage is only considerard powerful for creating everything!
Hes just a wise sage with wisdom.
He knows alot but people are gonna surpass this dude.
Madara and Hashirama in my opinion have already in my opinion
Now many of you are gonna use the

All this means is that nagato believed in all those past storys about the sage which lead him to believe this
And jiraiya most likely mislead nagato to believe this.

Considering that the entire Shinobi Alliance is having trouble defeating the Jubi, when SO6P sealed it away by himself, is a testament to how powerful he may be.

Not only that, but all of the characters we've seen thus far with the Rinnengan are extremely powerful, so this should apply to the Sage.

Wow june 2012 like thats a big difference in my join date anyway. argument. as I've stated multiple times. I"VE LURKED ON THESE FORUMS FOR over 3 years when I needed info but now I decided that I want to contribute.
