I love how you made the second picture, you as well added the background with make it really to a lovely picture, something that I thought about changing is Konan's eyes, I'm not saying it's bad. But if you look at her eyes then it does look like she is looking on her own nose or something :3

But it's really nothing to bother with. I love your all three drawings, amazing shadings and details

EDIT: I guess I can see that she is looking to the person who is watching the picture, if so you should really try to make the eye details darker ^^
