Shino & Sakura

Neither Shino or Sakura have any nature release techniques. What other ninja that are central characters lack nature release ninjutsu? (Besides taijutsu users)

Right. When the Juubi was first summoned and the Shinobi Alliance used their jutsu to create concrete, the ninjas from the same villages all had the same nature releases. I wonder why Kishi left the Leaf Village out.

Actually, I believe the phrasing Kakashi used was that most Jounin are only capable of mastering two Nature types, which was in response to Naruto's question on whether anyone has mastered all 5.

I couldve sworn there are also scans saying the average jounin usually has at least two mastered. Cant remember where its from though. It also says the same on Naruto wiki.

Kakashi did stated that at lest some Jonin do have 2 nature elements, but not to say that some never get one or that ones in a wile someone appears with more than 2 or 3 or even more.
