Senju dna is the rival to sharingan when it comes to the amount of power the users could potentially could obtain from it.
Senju dna from what the manga has shown allows the users to have larger chakra reserves then what they would normally possesss with out,stronger bodys thats more durable and the ablity to use mokutin.
Sharingan allows the user to have better reactions that gives them the advantage when facing someone faster,can copy techniques ior someones physical speed depending on there physical capablitys,can cast genjutsu on people and can even obtain ms if the original user sees one of his closes friends die.
The senjus and uchihas are still at war even in dna battles wow thats amazing.
