Unlikely if you remember, Kabuto used him to Scare obito long before he had Captured Yamato, Yamato is most likely being held in the creepy looking Hashirama cell thing that grew the zetsu's it is possible of course just highly unlikely. I don't think Kabuto would come up with that after he had already revived him.

Isn't Yamato connected to the huge plant in Madara's original hideout?

It's more likely Kabuto used someone, with a strong life force, at least guessing, what could make them younger. I mean Hiruzen was revived from a Zetsu clone, and didn't come back younger, so why should Yamato's body make Madara younger?

I think its a possibility that somehow, Kabuto was able to fuse more than 1 vessel into one and thus reaching longer into after life and reviving Madara beyond his prime.
