don't think so, because kabuto showed madara to obito befor they captured yamato, so madara's soul was already bound to something, he just didn't let him wake up yet, like the members of akatsuki when he displayed them.

Unlikely if you remember, Kabuto used him to Scare obito long before he had Captured Yamato, Yamato is most likely being held in the creepy looking Hashirama cell thing that grew the zetsu's it is possible of course just highly unlikely. I don't think Kabuto would come up with that after he had already revived him.

Well the problem is that I'm pretty sure Kabuto showed the coffin to Obito before he captured Madara....and as it was revealed the Madara in the coffin was the young Madara.

Also, when they marched off to war, Yamato was still stuck in the tree.

This would have made sense though XD
