Orochimaru, Tsunade and Jiraiya.

Note: Orochimaru can use every move including edo-tensei but he has to control all their movements(like he did against hiruzen) and his edo bodies won't be free to act on their own. Jiraiya has sage mode with all his frog summons, he has all the intel of his opponents. Tsunade has her healing powers and Katsuyu.

Choose the trio that can beat the Sannins.

Obito can definitely use Planetary devastation to Solo them all. I don't think the Sannin has a strong enough jutsu to destroy it.
Also no one can touch him, he can remain intangible the whole time while watching them get sucked by the gravitational pull.
Also Rinnegan Madara and Sage Mode Hashirama can definitely do an equally impressive move to solo the Sannin.

Itachi can solo, because the first thing he'll do is take out Oro... after that, the other 2 Sannin can't do anything to him, so he wins.

No one, 'cause Orochimaru has 4 Hokage in his arsenal. So basically this is the 5 Hokage + the Sannin team. They are unstoppable.

Nor does Oro have 4 Hokage. You've been warned about this. At least 1 he can't control (the strongest by far), and another it's unclear how much he can control.
