there could be one more sharingan form we know of that know one has considered but this ultimate form of sharingan could most likely requires some of the tentails chakra to mold with there own sharingan to obtain it.

the elder son must of had severe trauma from his father picking the younger son so he must of had a mental break down evolving his normal sharingan from this

it could be possible that since he was born direcly from the sage some of the juubis chakra were mixed with his sharingan geting this as a rusult of his hatred for his brother.

I'm more inclined to think that the spiral appearance on the Elder Son's eyes are the same spirals that appear on Naruto's belly, the Uzumaki Sealing Symbol.

Interesting Theory!!! Deffinatly agree that the breakdown casued a change in his eyes!

This theory has my personal view on the evolution of the eyes...though this theory has more to do with overall descent of Elder Son's Dojutsu as opposed to a simple change in his eyes!

what happens when an ems gets senju dna? it evolves into rinnegan
the elder son didn't inherit yang chakra if he were to inherit what the younger son inherited(yang chakra)he would of had rinnegan

Lol yeah that did make a lot of sense...with the powers of creation the Juubi was said to have, it does seem possible that it could have created the foundations of the powers, and spread it out amongst Uchiha families!
