If someone like Hashirama, a true example of inheriting the body of the Sage of the Six Paths utilized it, I doubt they could only use it for ten minutes, and I doubt they would die.

Same thing for someone like Naruto, especially if he combined it with Sage Mode beforehand...

Less than 10minutes imo.. A few seconds into opening 5 gates and lees muscles were already snapping... I can only imagine the damage 8 gates would be doing... then again, it's possible the rate of deterioration differs from skill and strength of the user
