Okay really tho, she's powerful-enough to be a hokage, but she pales in comparison to the other hokages. i.e. i doubt she could touch minato

obviously his hype makes him win but we know nothing else. unfair comparison as tsunade has hype as much as tobirama does

I'm simply giving an example why, tsunade is not fast enough to keep up with minato and would be rasengan raped. I honsetly dont know much about the other kage so i wont speak on it, but if you go off of accomplishments.....

the weakest hokage isn't exactly a bad accomplishment. weakest hokage > above most other kages.
