Also, since the Uzumaki seal appears on Naruto's belly, the Uzumaki seal could also appear on the Elder Son's eyes (since he was the one who inherited Rikudou's eyes)

I think the Sharingan is the result of the Juubi's corruption of the elder son's eyes that gave birth to the Sharingan, that is why the Juubi's eyes resemble the Sharingan so much.

Yeah kinda, you see the Sharingan is awakened by intense psychological emotions, if we work on the premise that the seal of the Juubi manifested on the Elder Son's eyes which are the Uzumaki Spirals then its only logical to conclude that the mutation occured because the Elder son felt immense hatred from losing his father and being chosen over him by his Younger brother as their father's successor, that immense hatred allowed the Juubi's feral malevolence to corrupt the Elder Son, giving birth to the Sharingan.

The Gold and Silver brothers are the only ones outside (assumed outside at least) of the Uzumaki lineage to become successful Jinchuurikis of Kurama (albeit incomplete pseudo-jinchuurikis because they only ate the flesh of Kurama not seal it inside them) the Uzumakis were the only ones capable of being Kurama's host, they were imported from the Uzumaki village just to become Kurama's Jinchuuriki (eg. Kushina) meaning they are the only suitable host for the Kyuubi, but the Gold and Silver Brothers were also compatible Jinchuurikis, if indeed the Gold and Silver bros were related to the Sage and if they are capable of becoming the Kyuubi's host like the Uzumakis were, then it is logical to conclude that Rikudou himself must also have been an Uzumaki.

And also the brothers look like the Shinigami of the Uzumaki's Shikii Fuujin xd
