Lieutenant Commander Brandnew marched into the conference room as he usually did, holding three wanted posters in his hand. "As you can all see, I am holding three posters in my hands!"

He hung them up on the board for everyone to see, ready to talk about each poster and why they got their bounty. None of the posters had any pictures of the criminals, due to not finding them after their crime.

"First of, I want to talk about this poster, the first one I hung up just now!" he yelled as he pointed at a certain bounty.

"Musket Hand" Kamina from South Blue. After a lot of interrogations, we found out this man has the strength to defeat an opponent such as "Kuro of a hundred plans", who we thought was deceased just a few days ago.

We came to the conclusion that he should receive a decent amount, not only because he is a potential treat, but also because we haven't seen the limits of his strength.

We don't know much about this man, or where he came from, but it's clear that he is against us, The Government!"
