Itachi 1shots Oro with Tsukuyomi and takes control of any summons he has with the sharingan genjutsu.

Then they simply beat the sannin. Itachi beats Tsunade, Minato beats Jiraiya.

Minato and Itachi win high diff, it won't be easy considering how great the Sannin's teamwork is but Itachi can put Oro under Tsukiyomi, then seal him with Totsuka blade, Minato can deal with Jiraiya then Itachi can just Amaterasu Tsunade then its over.

Why restrict edo tensei?.anyhow since this is base j-man,i guess team 1 wins. However orochimaru isnt getting oneshotted like some wankers beleive,if he has no intention to take itachi's body,he aint looking at his eyes.

I restricted it cuz oros edos are simply out of the world in terms of power.They would stomp team 1 low diff if ET is not restricted.

How can Minato kill Itachi? With a rasengan? With a Kunai?

Team 1 mid-high difficulty.
Itachi uses Susanoo, and as Tsunade would be the only one to try to break it, because she fights in a linear fashion she gets hit with amaterasu.
Minato takes Jiraiya.
Itachi and Minato then proceed to defeat Orochimaru (current Orochimaru's a beast, with Hashirama's cells and finally being able to use jutsu again).

Orochimaru pre-cells>=Minato, now he'll just beat Minato. Minato has no offensive attacks to harm Orochimaru, while Orochimaru has the means to counter most of his jutsu.

Kid, this is your OPINION. In the manga wasn't stated Itachi > Jman, only Jman > Itachi and Kisame at the same time.
