Come on this question is so self-contradicting that it can't be answered.
An innocent person goes to hell and another person is asked whether or not he wants to be sacrificed in his place.
This thing happened in a movie (named "Constantine" with Keanu Reeves, quite cool movie actually) and after the protagonist sacrificed himself for the other person he got a second chance.
So in your scenario where this isn't an option, only a bastard that got a change of heart would sacrifice himself for the innocent one and that's why all the above answered no.
