Black Panther is more useful than Chidori, unless you have the Sharingan then Black Chidori is more suitable but overall Black Panther would be my best choice in terms of projectile.

OT: With the Sharingan, Ominous Chidori would be more powerful and dangerous, as we don't even know if Black Panther makes it more powerful, or is just there to make it more unique.
