Fourth: sighs** well the nine tail didnt just attack the village

Sasuke: (shouts)which means that naruto is your son!!!
Fourth: yeah
(flashback at the valley of the end,when sasuke told naruto he didnt have any parents or family)
Fourth: he always thought of you

Fourth: i sealed part of my chakra into the seal

Minato knows it wasn't Madara. And I don't believe that Sasuke would ask him that.

9 tails attack. I believe that there was some connection to Obito(Tobi) and Oro or a mention of it when Sasuke took on Danzo. It wouldn't suprise me if Oro connected the dots and knows it's Obito.

Everyone is placing so much on Sasuke's talk with the first Hokage, but I think it's the Fourth who is going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back in Sasuke's case.

Learns Naruto's lineage, connects Naruto to being child of a Hokage, learns that he was lied to, and that Obito is the reason his clan was destroyed. I think Minato is going to be why he snaps. This war isn't too far from the attack on the Kage Summit and Sasuke lost it then.
