More chakra does not equal a bigger base Rasengan. Naruto's Base Rasengan is smaller than Minato's even though he has more chakra than him.

actually bro it does, Minato just puts a lot of chakra into a regular rasengan so if naruto did the same i think he'd win cuz he has a lot more chakra in his HUMAN reserves than Minato
