OT: I tried to make my top 10 list on onepiecebay yesterday, and it was nearly impossible. At the moment, I think Shanks is the strongest, individually. I'm not gonna make an OP list again x)

Even though it's his opinion, it should still sound logical.

 

[Simple Math]

a real top 10 doesn't exist. its the same for Naruto and Bleach. also it would be hard to make one in order, since lots of the OP characters are pure hype.

atleast, we know who's strong enough to be in top 20. just not in order.
