Yeah bro any Sharingan can be used for Izanagi as for example the ten sharingan that Danzou got implanted in his arm.....He used them with Izanagi to fight Sasuke.....Another example is when Obito (Tobi) fought Konan, he uses his non-mangekyou to cast Izanagi and then kill Konan
