Have any predictions on the base ever came true?

Question up there. I'm just wondering because I've seen so many plausible theories proposed here, but almost none that have ever came true.

Probably the only one that ever has was the 4 Hokages being the ones who know everything. But anything else?

There are thousands (I think) of users on this site, and most people have more than one theory, but not all. So just by the numbers we can assume that some have come true. Take Tobi being Obito for example.
