[Theory] Shiki Fuujin oddity

This is my first theory, yup and I know you don't care 'bout that.

So I recently reread Naruto and I noticed this:

We all know how the dead demon consuming seal (Shiki Fuujin) works.

The important part is that once the sealing is done, the RDS "eats" the souls (both the sealer and the one who was sealed).

Now when Hiruzen used the Shiki Fuujin with his clones, they may have disappeared (as they are clone). Yet the RDS can be seen eating the souls of the clones along with the 1st and 2nd Hokage.

Now you're going to tell me they are damn clones they disappeared inside the RDS. Also we can see the souls being attached to one body. So its the damn Hiruzen soul. This is where the oddity is! Next page, you can see the RDS cutting the souls and eating them. This is when the user should die (I'm thinking its like that, because Minato says he doesn't have much more time when the RDS is getting ready to cut his soul, see after). We know that the soul of the user is attached to the Shiki Fuujin when you perform it.

BUT Hiruzen didn't die because of this "cutting". He had the time to go to Orochimaru, have a cup of tea with him while sealing his arms. Which suggests the clones were eaten and sealed inside alongside with the 2 previous Hokage.

Once something is sealed it is not like it can leave or disappear.

same kind of stuff, the head of the sealed "person" appears next to the one of the user.

And you also all saw when Orochimaru broke the seal. Only 5 souls got released.

Now remember, we know the RDS is supposed to eat the soul of the user (and the sealed), so why only 5 souls went out of the RDS?

All of that brings us to the following possibilites:
1: Kishi was lazy drawing more soul(s) or he forgot about what he drew 500 chapters before, which is understandable.
2: Anything that is not really a soul (Kurama yin chakra, clones of Hiruzen) is forever lost in the RDS. <- this is what I think.
3: It is still in Minato but it doesn't make much sense as the other kages were released from Hiruzen and the clones disappeared.
4: The clones fused with Hiruzen. Which is unlikely as they didn't seem to have any contact inside the RDS.

Is the 5th soul the hands of Oro , or the chakra of Kurama ?

If so its possible or it really did go back to kurama,but since the chapters are focusing on sasuke right now we wont find out until it actually shifts back to naruto.

Secondly the yin chakra was not sealed in minato.
You yourself even stated how the rds works so how do you come to the conclusion that the yin chakra is in minato ?
Did you see him perform another sealing justu that the rest of us didn't see ?
Do i really need to post the picture of kurama and minato inside the rds ?

From what we seen you do not automatically die when using the rds (Not right away)Both hiruzen and minato chatted up for a bit before passing on.

Anything is possible with Kishi. But I do know that the souls are being sealed inside the rds not minato.

Nope, it is really 2 Hiruzen + Tobirama and Hashirama. Orochimaru is done later.
And how come the RDS ate the clones souls then? As it is what it does. eat the soul of the user.

Clones have soul of the creator. Thats why they talk and perform actions on their own. So kishimoto really didn't make a mistake. And once they went inside the reapers belly, the joined back to the original soul.

Also I'm pretty sure once your soul is cut and eaten by the RDS, you're dead. No way "a body could live" without a soul.

Either once everything was released it returned to owner (means Kurama's chakra is flying toward him) or it's your number 2 I'm kinda hoping it's number 2, I mean does Naruto really need another power-up lol
