What is lightning... what do I know about it..
There is a lot of electricity around us, electricity is the flow of electrical charge... if the natural electric discharges in the atmosphere, we perceive a visible, bright flash of light.. that is what we know as "lightning", ... Lightning has the speed of light and is one of the 5 basic elements in the Narutoverse.
The "Lightning release" (raiton), could be generated for all sort of things, by concentrating and increasing the chakra..
Lightning release is strong against earth, because t can easily travel through the earth, ripping through it and break it apart..
Lightning release is weak against Wind release, because that is it's natural isolater..

Lightning release is handy to be used with Water release, as you can use water jutsus as a conjunction for the lightning

lightning release could be used for attacks, like releasing electrical surges, to speed uo your movements and for defence, by covering your body with it

If lightning is used with water, and controlled very well, someone could use storm release (KG)

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

I want you to focus raiton out of every inch of your body, then it'll create an electrical field around you, think about it like a poor mans Raikage armor, but nothing like it xd no speed enhancement and you just get a c rank atttack/defense ability.

I am focussing very good on the raiton chakra... I concentrate on it and manipulate the raiton chakra... I am channelling the raiton chakra through my whole body... eevery single little part of my body! I released all the raiton cchakra, and my body was covered in an electric field.... my body.. it's protected.. and i can atttack someone with the electric field, that covered my body...
Advantage: this protects my body, and my attacks become more powerful
Disadvantage: it doesnt last long and you only can hit something/someone once with it

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

run up it, form the hand seals and then clap your hands together and send your raiton chakra into the cliff, this will make all the rocks and stone come off the cliff and fall down to the ground, usually you'll have an opponent there.

I ran The hill up, focussed and manipulated my raiton chakra. Performed snake>upside down tiger handseal and i clapped my hands together. Released my raiton chakra into the cliff, the stones and rocks became dislodged and they Were all fallin Down. Past Me

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Raise your hand in front of you and begin focusing raiton chakra on it. it will change the color of your hand and then release it into bolts of lightning in the sahpe of a horn that spreads outward.

I am concentrating and focussing on the raiton chakra, i am channeling it in my hands, as my arm was stretched right in front of me... my hands began to glow, and the color of my hands were changing.. I was manipulating the raiton chakra..
I aimed.. I aimed at..ehm..at.. That tree over there! I made sure my chakra wouldn't be too focused and vibrant.. I released a burst of raiton chakra out of my hands, which I manipulated in several bolts with the shape of horns.. some of the bolts hit the tree, leaved the tree some cracks.. some bolts passed a little bit next to the tree

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.

Catch my sword! Then i want you to focus lightning chakra into it to increase it's cutting ability, then make it levitate and multiply into two extra copies. Then send those swords spinning right at my clone.

*caught your sword like a baws* I am gathering my raiton chakra.. concentrating on it and focussing the raiton chakra in my hands.. I released the raiton chakra out of my hand, controlling it and manipulating the raiton chakra.., I channelled it into the sword to increase the cutting capability and made it levitate, the release raiton chakra was manipulated and it formed 2 copies of the levitating sword... I manipulated the raiton chakra, and sent the 3 swords toward your clone, 1 sword hit his chin, 1 sword hit his left side of the chest and the 3rd sword hit the clone between the chest and armpit... *POOF* the clone was gone

( Raiton: Denki Railanshō ) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Focus your lightning chakra in your dominant hand, this will make electrical bolts form around your hand and forearm. Then jump into the air and land slamming your palm into the ground causing lightning to become to send through the ground and around you up to five meters.
